Reaction Test
People often say "reflexes" when they mean reaction time – how quickly you respond to something you see or hear. This page opens our classic visual test, the quickest way to check: wait for green, then click.
If you want a fuller picture, try the other modes from the menu. Audio Reaction uses a beep instead of a colour change, Choice Reaction adds a decision, and the Aim Trainer tests how fast you can move to a target.
Four ways to test your reflexes
- Visual – the classic red-to-green test.
- Audio – react to a beep with the screen dark.
- Choice – hit the side that lights up.
- Aim – click 30 targets as fast as you can.
Reflexes vs reaction time
Strictly speaking, a reflex is an automatic response like blinking or pulling your hand away from heat – it doesn't involve a decision. A reaction time test measures a voluntary response, so it's better described as a reaction test. But for everyday purposes, it's what most people mean by "testing your reflexes".
